What is "true" freedom?
Is freedom choosing to do whatever you want in life?
Or is freedom choosing NOT to do the things that society tells you is okay to do?
There is power living above the ways of the world.
"Finding Freedom" is a musical about finding true happiness and joy...and in turn finding true freedom.
Meet Alan Jensen. He is a rebellious 17 year-old who wants to be in a rock band. His rock band consists of a few worldly band members that indulge in a lot of trouble. He must make the decision to follow his heart and be in a rock band, or follow his head and go to college on a full ride scholarship. In the process of deciding, he learns a few valuable life lessons about life, family and true friends...and about what true freedom really means.

Finding Freedom Soundtrack:
I wrote the screenplay/ musical "Finding Freedom" and co -produced the soundtrack.
My brother and I wrote and recorded 17 songs in the studio.
We also created minus tracks and sheet music.
It was a wonderful experience directing and co-directing musicians, singers, and actors.
We had a ton of fun.
*In 2005, we were chosen among a handful of finalists out of hundreds of scripts submitted to receive the Deseret Achievement Award in
Salt Lake City, Utah. Our musical was also included as part of the Reader's Theater with a performance in the Salt Lake City Tabernacle.
Look for "Finding Freedom" on a stage in the future, or perhaps, maybe even a film.
